What advice/tips do you have for clients?Set your strategy, including customer value proposition, analyze the customer journey, optimizing your brand presence at each touch point. Next, communicate to and align your teams - make everyone excited about the direction, everyone should know their role in achieving it, and everyone should be excited. The strategy should be fun, not something from corporate jargon roulette
